Operating rules

ACCESS BADGE-MEANS OF PAYMENT =

  • a) At the Self-Service and Plazza restaurants (charged to your "restaurant" account)
  • b) At Sky - for Airbus staff only (charged to your "restaurant" account)
  • c) On Automatic Vending machines (charged to your "DA" (Vending Machine) account)

TOPPING UP YOUR BADGE =

  • a) Restaurant account:
  • * by credit card on the cash terminals
  • * by cheque or cash at the Self-Service and Plazza cash desks
  • b) Automatic Vending machine account:
  • with coins directly in the machine

NEGATIVE BALANCE ALLOWANCE- Restaurant account =

  • a) The allowance is -€ 10
  • b) If the balance reaches -€ 15, the guest will not be authorised to take lunch.

"DEPARTMENT GUEST" BADGE =

TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT =

  • All external guests pay the full price for their meal, however if a tripartite agreement has been signed between Airbus, their company and Sodexo, the guest will only pay the 'food' part of their meal and the admission fee and PPC (Fee Charged on Account) will be invoiced to their company monthly.

PRICE BREAKDOWN at the Self-Service Restaurant =

  • a) Meal = food part
  • b) Admission = caterer's overheads (paid by Airbus SAS for all Airbus staff)
  • c) PPC = charge for using the premises and fluids (charged by Sodexo and paid back to Airbus SAS)

BOOKING TABLES at the Self-Service Restaurant =

  • a) How = send an e-mail to the Manager of the Restaurant concerned
  • b) Rules =
  • * Booking for no more than 40 people in all in the dining room
  • * Booking possible up until noon at the latest
  • * No booking possible on event days or on the Christmas meal day

THEMED MEALS =

  • a) One Thursday a month (usually the third Thursday)
  • b) Fixed price for Airbus staff
  • c) Christmas Menu = free for Airbus SAS employees

RESTAURANT QUALITY COMMITTEE =

  • The members of the restaurant quality committee and Sodexo meet every two months approximately.
